Is a Crossbow "Archery" Equipment ????
In the CrossGUN...line of thinking, it has been said that a CrossBOW is actually a CrossGUN and is in fact...NOT "Archery" Equipment.
Go to ANY Sporting Goods store that sells Traditional Bows, Compound Bows, Crossbows and ALSO Guns.
Now tell me what department did you find the Crossbows in ????
Did you find the Crossbows in the Gun Department hanging next to that 270 Remington or next to the 30-06 Winchester ????
NO, you found the Crossbows in the "Archery" Department hanging next to the Compound Bows and Traditional Bows.
RIGHT WHERE THE CROSSBOWS BELONG
BEING THAT A CROSSBOW "IS" ARCHERY EQUIPMENT !!!!

ARE YOU CONCERNED THAT CROSSBOWS...MIGHT BE ALLOWED IN YOUR ARCHERY SEASON?
The entire ARCHERY season belongs entirely to the ARCHERS.
Crossbows are ARCHERY equipment.
I should be able to use my ARCHERY equipment in the ARCHERY season.
In this case my equipment is a crossBOW.
After all, my bow fires an arrow identical to any long bow, re-curve bow or compound bow but is only 20 inches long.
SO crossbows can not take over ARCHERY season, because thats the exact season they belong in.
The entire ARCHERY season belongs entirely to the ARCHERS.
Crossbows are ARCHERY equipment.
